As Preply expanded, their legal team was increasingly under pressure from a capacity perspective.

Following the success with the B2B team, Preply rolled out Wordsmith to the broader organization, giving every department access to the platform. Although it's still early days, the intention is for Wordsmith to create seamless access to legal knowledge across the company, minimizing friction when legal input is needed.
The enablement materials provided by Wordsmith were crucial in ensuring a smooth roll-out across the business, allowing teams to adopt the technology quickly and with minimal disruption.
Preply processes around 600 vendor agreements annually, a task that previously demanded significant time and attention from the legal team. By integrating Wordsmith into their agreement processing workflows, Preply has cut time spent on this task by up to 50%. Moreover, Wordsmith’s ability to handle multiple working languages has been a key value-add, allowing the team to process agreements more effectively across regions.
